Venue choice is subject to many variables, such as the purpose, style, guest list and region of the event. Some events have a venue built into the concept. For example, a religious celebration is likely to be held at your client’s local place of worship. For other projects your client won’t have settled on a venue in advance. Part of your job is to find appropriate venues or to check that your client’s choice fits with guest numbers, catering, etc.
